- Convert to lowercase: Converts all the characters to lowercase
- Convert to UPPERCASE: CONVERTS ALL THE CHARACTERS TO UPPERCASE
- Convert to Normal case: Converts all the characters to normal case
- Convert to Mixed Case: Converts All The Characters To Mixed Case
Globally converting the case of a language is extremely dangerous and can lead to very serious problems. Converting to uppercase is a destructive process in some languages, since it will remove accents. These functions should only be used on very rare occasions and should always be approved by the project administrator.
- Lock/unlock unit (Current #): Locks or unlocks the current paragraph
If a paragraph is locked, it can not be unlocked without prior agreement of the project administrator.
If a paragraph has been locked or unlocked it must remain in the current state.
e.g. If a paragraph is unlocked, the text is changed and the paragraph is locked again, the text will be reverted to the state before the change.
- Set as complete: Excludes very simple paragraphs from the final review. See Set a paragraph as complete
- Remove complete status from all paragraphs: Removes the "complete" status. See Set a paragraph as complete
- Copy down next code: Copies the next code from the original paragraph in to the target paragraph.
- Copy down next code cluster: Copies the next consecutive code cluster from the original paragraph in to the target paragraph.
