Viewing 'What's New'

It is possible to display the change log from the "Help" menu > "What's new?". This opens the same window as for updating Transtool, except that:

• It can be done by anyone at any time.
• There is no message about which version you are running, and that you can update.
• The buttons have been replaced with just an OK button.
• There is no action.

Note that the change log is fetched from the server, and does not depend on which version the user is running. So users will see changes for newer versions if they are not running the latest version.
