First Empty: Go to the first empty or not yet reviewed paragraph. The purpose of the button is to help the translator find the first paragraph that needs to be translated (or reviewed) from anywhere in the file for example after performing a search and going to other paragraphs. "Not yet reviewed paragraphs" includes similars and fuzzy matches. They can be filled in automatically when the user uses the new button, which means that the paragraph might not look empty, but it has not yet been reviewed.
