QA checks - Feedback modification and standard messages

When doing QA check and the check stops, the user can add a comments as feedback to that specific QA check.

Now it is possible for the user to add comments to the “Standard messages” list in order to access them quicker, and to remove them.

In the "Transtool check feedback" dialog, there is a button "Standard messages". The dropdown menu it opens now has two new options:

• Add current text as standard message: This option is only available if the user has entered some text into the text box. It will add the text to the top of the list of standard messages. If it's a duplicate of a previous message, the previous message will be removed.
• Remove standard message ...:This option is only available if there are any standard messages. It will open a dialog box where the user can remove messages to their content.
  To remove a message, select it and press "Delete", or click the "Remove" button.
