Resetting a password

If you've forgotten your password or need to reset it for some other reason, you can reset your password by clicking the Forgot your password? link on the login screen.

This will take you to this screen:

Type in your email address, and click the Reset password button.

You should get a confirmation alert:

stating that an email has been sent to you with instructions on how to reset your password.

That email looks like this:

and clicking the Reset my password link will take you to the Set your password screen below:

If you move your cursor over the question mark to the right of the password field, you'll see the password requirements.

A password needs to have at least 8 characters, at least one lower case, at least 1 upper case, at least one digit and at least one non-alphanumeric character.

Type in your new password again to confirm it, then click the Change password button.

If everything went well, you should get a Password changed message, and clicking Close should take you to the normal login screen.

If it does NOT take you to the normal login screen (this may happen when you have access to more than one CBG website using this account), you may be taken to a "landing page" with links to all the sites you have access to using that login and password. Click the one you wish to go to.
